Cupcake was formed by Paul Masterson, a seasoned marketeer with over 20 years of experience in all thing digital, print and design.
When asked why start Cupcake, Paul’s response was…
“I’ve listened to so many agencies spouting about all the amazing things they could do to transform the various businesses I’ve worked with.
They always promise the Earth and rarely delivered due to one reason or another, but of course still taking their fee!
I wanted to start a business that cut through the crap and concentrated on actually achieving peoples objectives even if it meant having to be candid with the clients about what will work and what won’t. We are most definitely not YES men & women.
If that’s what a company wants, there are plenty out there for them to choose from. I want to work with people that want to get things done, as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
I want to be part of my client's team, not just a faceless entity that takes a retainer for not doing a lot.
